According to project requirement, Engineered systems can provide or include ultra low reactions, controlled deflection geometry, super-fast on site construction and energy dissipation devices to supplement rubber energy absorbers.
Cones, cells and elements are used with load distributing steel panels and UHMW-PE low friction face pads. Elements are modular in concept so can be combined in vertical and horizontal arrays wither as V-fenders or with steel panels. The rubber is compression moulded from high quality natural and SBR compounds with additives to protect from UV light, ozone and other environmental effects to make them long lasting and low maintenance.
Pneumatic fenders come in a wide range of standard sizes, in two initial pressure ratings (50Mpa and 80Mpa) and also have a choice of chain/tyre net and sling type to suit extreme or heavy duty applications. Black as standard, coloured fenders in red, grey are also available.
QuayQuip's Wheel and Roller fenders include advanced bearing technology and the the latest bearing sliding rail mounts for easy installation and low maintenance. Units come in many sizes and can be stacked for greater vertical coverage.
QuayQuips foam fenders redefine quality and performance in a range of floating, suspended and monopile options.
Closed cell foam cores comes in various hardnesses for low reaction up to extra high energy. The industry's most advanced computer controlled thermo-lamination processes are used for consitent performance and for fast recovery after impacts. Fender end fittings are fully sealed to prevent the water filling issues suffered by traditionally made foam fender. QuayQuip's Donuts are quick and fast to install onto monopiles. They are used as corner protectors, guide fenders and where simple a simple rotating solution is needed.
QuayQuip UHMW-PE is first quality virgin material (not to be confused with lower performance grades - "regenerated", "double sintered" and "blended" grades). First quality virgin UHMW-PE last longer, has better frictional properties and is available in many standard colours apart from the standard black.

Filament reinforced skins use rocket science technology to achieve the strongest and most durable construction. Using the lastest polyurethane formulations, almost any skin colour is possible from high-visibility orange to navy grey to brilliant white - all permanent, long lasting and non-marking.

Cylindrical fenders and extruded profiles are manufactured from high quality elastomer compounds and have the best production tolerances in the industry.
